Shipping Policy

CORSA Performance accepts and ships orders to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and most other countries. Orders delivered in the US cannot be sent to a PO Box. Some items are not eligible to be shipped to California or other states that have adopted CARB regulations and Executive Order recognition. Signature Required is mandatory on all purchases $3,000+ call for more information.

Affirm Disclosure:
If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.

Apparel and Gear orders, at this time, ship to United States, PR and VI only. Contact us to request a shipping estimate to your location.

CORSA offers several domestic shipping options and most available items ship within 1-2 business days if the product is in stock. If an item is not in stock, it will be shipped when it becomes available unless you contact us to cancel the order. In most cases, any item not in stock will still ship within 4 weeks. For any flat rate shipping offered on corsaperformance.com, the product is generally shipped via FedEx Ground Service. Other shipping methods selected by the customer will ship via that method as soon as the product is available. Adult signature required is added to most orders; please contact us immediately after placing an order to request this be removed

Apparel and Gear orders may ship via USPS and without signature required.

Shipping charges and US applicable sales tax will be shown in USD before an order is finalized provided that the ship to postal code is correct. As mentioned, due to regulations, not all products can ship to all states. CORSA will do its best to inform you and prohibit the sale and shipment of products that do not have a valid Executive Order Number issued by CARB.

After an order is submitted you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an estimated ship date. Please reply to that email to request signature required removal. You will receive another e-mail confirmation after the order has been shipped with tracking, if available.

Sales Tax (United States)
Sales tax is added to most US orders. CORSA collects and pays sales tax in compliance with most US states.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service department at 440-891-0999 or toll free 1-800-486-0999. Our orders usually ship within a day therefore you must call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped. There may be a 3% cancellation fee accessed. All CORSA Digital Gift Card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. CORSA Product purchases paid for in-full or in-part with a CORSA Digital Gift Card if cancelled or refunded will receive Gift Card funds equal to the value of Gift Card(s) redeemed. 

Return Policy
This policy ONLY applies to products purchased directly through CORSA Performance. For any other purchases, please contact your retailer directly. Arrangements must be made in advance - before item is returned to CORSA. Only products that are new, unused, have never been installed, and remain undamaged are eligible for returns. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. There may be up to a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. There are NO returns or refunds awarded on used or installed products. In order to begin a return, please call us directly at 440-891-0999 or toll free 1-800-486-0999 to speak with a representative regarding all returns. 

Apparel and Gear orders carry no warranty and follow the previous requirements in addition to the following: Product must be new, unused, unworn, and free from blemishes or damages to be eligible for return. Purchaser is responsible for paying successful return shipping. Exchanges: Previous requirements apply. Gear purchases of equal value may be exchanged for an item of equal value without restocking fee but may incur a shipping charge.

All CORSA Digital Gift Card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. CORSA Product purchases paid for in-full or in-part with a CORSA Digital Gift Card if cancelled or refunded will receive Gift Card funds equal to the value of Gift Card(s) redeemed.
